Copies of the proceedings on CD-ROM were mailed to each registered participant on November 21, 2002.

The Sensor Array and Multichannel (SAM)  technical committee of the IEEE Signal Processing Society announces the second SAM workshop to be held August 4-6, 2002 in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  The SAM workshop is the principal IEEE workshop devoted to array processing.  The program of SAM 2002 will emphasize both the traditional areas and applications of sensor array and multichannel signal processing and new areas/applications of growth through distinguished lectures and contributed poster sessions. The organizing committee invites the international community to present and discuss state-of-the-art developments in these fields. 

SAM 2002 is sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society with generous support from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
