[ April 1, 2009; 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. ] The Student Professional Awareness Conference will take place in the Meese Conference room in Mason Hall on Wednesday, April 1st between 12PM and 3PM. Food and refreshments will be provided.

Set up display table between 9:00 AM and 12N
Doors open to public at 12N
Cake cutting celebrations (President Merten) at 12:15 PM
Ongoing demonstrations by companies, VSIT&E Departments, and student organizations from 12:30 - 5 PM
Closing at 7:00 PM
