RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Chang’s technical interests are mostly in the areas of multisensor data fusion, multitarget tracking, situation assessment, and in the area of Bayesian networks and artificial neural networks technologies. He has published more than 50 journal papers and book chapters and over 100 conference papers.
