Homework must be neat and readable.  At the top of every page you must write your name, the assignment number, and the due date.  Clearly indicate the question you are answering.  

This homework assignment involves collaboration with members of your team.  Some class time on September 29 will be devoted to this assignment. You must also use the discussion tool in Blackboard for this assignment.  Each member of the team is required to post at least once to the discussion.  Each student must turn in a response to all three questions.  You must post to your group's Blackboard discussion by noon on Monday, September 28.  Your post should address the three questions below.  Before class on Tuesday, you must read your team members' responses and be prepared to discuss.  Each team member will hand in individual response to this question. Your individual response should reflect the discussions your team had on Blackboard and in class. The answers to Questions 2 and 3 should be the same for all team members.

1. Suppose you have a job working as a cashier in a retail store.  Your shift ends at 6:00 PM.  The person on the next shift is habitually late.  Often, you cannot leave until 6:30.There is usually no manager on duty when she is scheduled to arrive -- you are the only one who knows what time she arrives.  What should you do about this problem?  Justify your answer.   
2. For each of your team members, including yourself, describe the team member's strongest skills and interests to contribute to the team effort. Write no more than a few sentences for each team member.  
3. Write a vision statement for your team.
