The Society of Women Engineers at George Mason University is a proud supporter of young women in engineering.

The mission of SWE and our chapter is:

to stimulate women to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders,
expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life,
and to demonstrate the value of diversity.

3rd Annual Girls Scout Event Registration Form
Saturday, Feb 20 @ 1 - 3PM
We will be setting up simple engineering projects and allow the the girl scouts (age 11-13) to use their creativity to solve the problem and earn a badge. We try to expose the idea of engineering as a career to young girls who generally shy away from engineering. Please help us by volunteering to show them how fun engineering can be!
