Topics include transient characteristics of diodes, bipolar, and field-effect transistors; MOS and bipolar inverters; nonregenerative and regenerative circuits; TTL, ECL, IIL, NMOS, and CMOS technologies; semiconductor memories; VLSI design principles; and SPICE circuit analysis.
