The October issue of Scientific American features an article, "Let the Games Continue" by Colm Mulcahy and Dana Richards. Richards is an associate professor in the Computer Science Department at the Volgenau School of Engineering.
"Publications in scientific journals are not at all unusual for members of this department," said Professor Jeff Offut, a colleague of Richards. "It's rare indeed to get a paper in a journal with this kind of breadth and impact, and the huge circulation that Scientific American has."
